Do you accept returns? We are a two person team therefore, all sales are final. But please contact me if there are any issues with your order, or something out of the ordinary. I will do my best to make it right. (please see damage / lost items below)

How do I judge the quality of items in your shop?
I only put items in my shop that I would have in my own home. I am a lover of vintage and I love the imperfections of vintage items. Expect light wear, imperfections markings, patina and general vintage condition. There may be dents, scratches or blemishes on items and I do my best to detail any major marks in every listing. If there is a major issue, like something broken, I will definitely detail it. Please look at both the full description AND the photos for the condition of the item. If you have a question about the condition of a particular item, please contact me before purchasing.

What services do you use?
I ship all small items via USPS with Tracking. You will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped. Larger items will be quoted with services upon request - Greyhound, Plycon etc.

I messed up on my address, can you switch the address?
The item will be shipped to the address that comes through your order. Please double check your address carefully before purchasing. I can only ship to the address on file. Please contact me immediately to discuss solutions.

I am buying multiple items and the shipping looks high!
The website doesn't account for combined shipping, but I do. If the items are safe and cost effective to combine ship, I will put them in the same package. Then I will refund you the difference in shipping once I send your package out.
OR
Contact me ahead of time and I will discount the shipping to reflect combine shipping.

Pickups are always welcome! I am located 20 minutes North of Seattle and do pickups on the Mukilteo speedway. Please use code PICKUP at checkout and then after you complete your order please message me to arrange a time to pickup.

Im shipping international...
Import duties or any additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. I cannot mark the item as gift or less than the actual value. Please ship at your own risk, I am not responsible for items lost in transit.

I am looking for a starburst clock.
I drop starburst clocks periodically in stories on my instagram @microscopetelescope - they often sell within the first hour and don't make it over to be listed on the shop. Those who have purchased clocks from us are normally following our account and have their notifications turned on.
