Rare Vintage Lunar 1 Space Rocket Toy by Scientific Products Inc.
This lovely space age toy represents the true iconographic merging of the dreams of kids from the 1950's with functional hands-on learning. You could take the fuel in this kit, mix with water and launch the rocket up into the sky with a pull string. Different angles on the launch pad would allow for varying launch heights and distances, as well as controlling the mixture of oxidizer with water ratio. It was a great teaching tool for kids wanting to learn about rocketry.
This rocket looks like its never been used / flown and is in great shape for the age. With the branding on the box and display set up inside, it makes for an amazing display item. Also, you can still fly one of these with some sodium carbonate and water if you so desire.
